2.A note about live and recorded debates
Debates on Moral Kombat are live and may be recorded and published. If a debate contains material you own and have not authorized, you can use the process below to request its removal.
3.How to file a takedown notice
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorization, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:

- Identification of the material you want removed and enough information for us to locate it (such as the debate or page URL).
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
4.Designated copyright agent
Send notices to our designated agent:
- Agent: [[DMCA agent name / role]]

- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of [[applicable court / jurisdiction]].
We may restore the content after the period required by law unless the original complainant files a court action.
6.Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
7.Misrepresentation
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability for damages under applicable law. If you are unsure whether material is infringing, consult a lawyer before submitting.
