1.How billing works
Moral Kombat uses a single in-app currency called Kombat Points (KP). The flow is simple:
- You buy KP with real money through our payment provider.
- You spend KP on Gifts — virtual items you can send to debaters.
- Sending a Gift earns the debater Props; their lifetime total is shown as Props Received.
Prices for KP are shown at the point of purchase and may change over time. Applicable taxes may be added.
2.Kombat Points and Gifts are digital, final purchases
KP and Gifts are digital goods delivered to your account immediately. Because they are consumed within the Service, purchases of KP and Gifts are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where a refund is required by law or expressly stated in this policy.
KP has no cash value, cannot be transferred outside the Service, and cannot be exchanged for money except where required by law.
3.Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law. If a purchase was faulty or not delivered, you are entitled to a remedy as required by law.
4.When we may issue a refund

- KP or a Gift was not delivered due to a technical failure on our side.

5.How to request a refund

6.Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than your bank. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of KP pending review.
